MyStories Poem

Bill Sprick, one of the founders of MyStories, wrote this poem about the purpose of MyStories. In his words, Together these stories are the same and are true.

These stories are OLD
These stories are NEW
Together these stories
Are the same and are true.

These stories were lived
These stories are told
These stories were lost
‘cause they were so old.

These stories are now
Sprouting up again
As they are recalled
In chat now and then.

And after a while
The chat does sink in
And the thought then becomes
A story for when,

We share them with friends
And family and then
We put them in ink
Where they all live again.
