Watch Two Movies and Call Me in the Morning

That’s not how the saying goes, but watching movies can improve your mental health.

It’s called cinematherapy. The practice of watching movies to improve mental health.

A good movie will make us laugh and cry. For a short time, we’re transported by our imaginations to another time and place. It happens twice monthly at Proctor Place during Movie Night.
