Keeping You Connected and Informed

When Proctor Place residents are admitted into our healthcare center, it’s important forresidents and their family members to stay connected.

Webcam and Skype

Using Skype, residents and family members can talk and see each other over the Internet. If you have a webcam and Skype (free software for video messaging), and would like to visit with your family member while in our healthcare center, simply set up an appointment with an activity assistant here. We make the miles melt away with a single click.

Care Plan Meeting

Within 14 days of being admitted to our healthcare center, a care plan meeting is held. The meeting is attended by a care plan coordinator, activities representative, dietary supervisor and the resident advocate. Plus, the resident and medical power of attorneyare invited. During the meeting, the medical status is reviewed and needs or concerns are addressed. Care plan meetings are scheduled on a quarterly basis. Your health and well being is our number one priority – staying connected is how it is achieved.
