The steel is delivered to Proctor Home! “Our Café is underway”, states, Tina Carlson, Director of Resident Services, “We are excited to begin the journey of remodeling Proctor Home. The Caféwill allowus to provide an alternative dining option for our residents.”
The Café, named Jim and Evie’s Café will open in early summer. In addition to the fine dining already offered, the Café will be a more casual environment with a focus on soups, salads, and sandwiches. A full kitchen will be incorporated including a grill so there will be many food options. Jim and Evie’s Café is expected to be complete in early summer 2013.
