It Adds Up To a Better Life Here

Making the decision to move to a retirement community isn’t always easy. We focus on making life easier and more enjoyable for our residents. That helpfulness begins as soon as you start to consider options.

One Step at a Time

The first step is typically selling the family home where you may have spent most of your adult life. It is a difficult step, but usually one that can bring a sense of relief once it is done.

If you haven’t taken this step yet, Proctor Place is here to help by listing or even purchasing your home to sell it on your behalf. Learn more about how we can help.

Some people decide to downsize by simply moving into a smaller apartment or condominium. Although this helps reduce the living space to care for, there are other challenges that exist with this choice.

It may be time to consider the option of downsizing to a retirement community.
Many who have downsized into an apartment learn that this may not meet their original expectations. For these people, it’s time to evaluate retirement living options.
