Margaret A. Williams

Margaret joined the John C. Proctor Endowment Board of Trustees in 2012. She’s a lifelong Peoria resident and is President of A. Lucas Sons Steel in Peoria.

Margaret is a strong community advocate and serves as a board member for Creve Coeur Club, Peoria Honor Flight, Central Fabricators Association, Bradley University College of Engineering, Greater Peoria Contractors and Suppliers, and the Peoria Warehouse District Association. She is the 2012 Creve Coeur Club NOVA Award winner for young leadership.

Margaret attended Bradley University, from which she earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Construction Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business.

In her free time, Margaret likes to travel. Her favorite destination so far has been Italy. Her grandmother, Beulah Shelabarger, is a Proctor resident.

“I look forward to getting to know the members of the Proctor community and to help make Proctor an amazing place to live.”
