Proctor Place has been a compassionate, caring, nonprofit Life Care retirementhome to seniors for over 100 years. We are proud to continue the work our founder John C. Proctor began in 1906.

Our mission is to provide a retirement community where seniors can live independently as long and as comfortably as possible while resting assured that their future healthcare needs will be taken care of. Through the security of Life Care we remove the stress of an uncertain future allowing our residents to simply enjoy life.

The true cost of Life Care continues to increase each year. When the home was opened in 1906 the life expectancy for men was 46 and 50 for women. Today, for most people there are still another 40 or more years of life left at this age. Throughout these changes, the Endowment is committed to continuing to provide the highest quality of care to our residents by supplimenting the actual cost of Life Care with funds from the Endowment. It is your donations that allow this work to continue.

We invite you to join us on this mission by donating to Proctor Place. There are several ways for you to give to Proctor Place:

Donate Your Time:

We always appreciate the time that our volunteers dedicate to spending at Proctor Place. No matter if it is a friendly conversation or assisting us with one of our activities, we would love to have you join us as one of our volunteers. Learn more
